I run a creative agency based in France and I'm currently looking for a skilled YouTube Thumbnail Designer for ongoing work.
We are starting with one paid test thumbnail, and if the result is strong, this can turn into a long-term collaboration
What I Need
• High-CTR YouTube thumbnail design
• Strong visual impact
• Clean, modern, bold style
• Clear understanding of YouTube click psychology
The goal is simple:
Increase click-through rate (CTR)
