Executive Assistant (Virtual) – Real Estate Investment Company
Company: Beehive Home Buyers
Location: Remote (Full-Time)
Industry: Real Estate Investing (Wholesaling & Fix & Flip)
Compensation: ($1200-$1400 Per Month) Based on experience + performance bonuses
Hours: 40 hours/week (must overlap Mountain Time)
I run a fast-growing real estate investment company. We buy off-market properties, wholesale deals, and flip houses.
I'm looking for a sharp, reliable, proactive Executive Assistant to help me stay focused on high-level decisions and revenue-producing activities.
If you like taking ownership and figuring things out, this is a great role for you
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll be my right hand in the business.
That includes:
Managing my inbox and keeping communication organized
Updating and managing our CRM
Tracking leads, contracts, and closings
Coordinating with title companies
Sending contracts and keeping files organized
Tracking KPIs and updating reports
Occasionally follow up with Sellers/Buyers,
Checking in with team member if tasks were completed or not.
Keeping projects moving without me having to chase them
Your job in theory:
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Who I'm Looking For
Extremely organized
Detail-oriented (you catch mistakes before they happen)
Good with spreadsheets and numbers
Strong written and verbal English
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Calm under pressure
Not afraid to speak up if something doesn't make sense
Bonus points if you have:
Real estate experience
Wholesaling experience
CRM experience
Follow-up or lead management experience
What Success Looks Like
Leads are tracked correctly
Follow-ups happen on time
Contracts are organized
KPIs are updated weekly
I don't have to micromanage
If I don't have to think about operations because you're handling it — you're winning.
