Long story short, I am a small business owner with roughly 25 employees. My General Manager retired last March and I have neglected the books. Our Quickbooks Online is already set-up I just need someone to categorize and clean up our transactions. There are prior years of history that should make this a pretty easy task.
We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online specialist to assist with a thorough cleanup of our accounting records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting practices and be proficient in QuickBooks Online. Tasks may include reconciling accounts, correcting entries, and ensuring financial data accuracy. If you're detail-oriented and can work independently, we want to hear from you
While cleaning up the books, I would love to create some filters that automatically categorize transactions via specific vendors as some of this work seems redundant.
