• A strong $0 top-of-funnel offer that's easy for founders to say yes to
• A high-quality backend process that converts meetings into long-term clients
• A proven ability to monetize relationships once conversations are started
What we need:
• Someone to build and manage cold email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, warmup, deliverability)
• Target the right founders / VP Sales at Series A–B SaaS companies
• Generate qualified meetings at scale
• Optimize messaging and continuously improve performance
You are not responsible for closing.
You are responsible for targeting, scaling, and booking qualified calls.
Compensation:
• I cover infrastructure costs (~$100–$350/month)
• You receive 10% of collected revenue from deals sourced through your outbound
• Long-term upside if this becomes a scalable channel
Important:
I am NOT looking for someone who "knows cold email." I am looking for someone who has:
• Generated real revenue from cold outbound
• Case studies with proof
• Loom walkthroughs of past campaigns
• Experience running outbound for B2B services (preferably recruiting, SaaS, or agencies)
When applying, include:
- Screenshots of campaign metrics
- Revenue generated in last 6–12 months
- Tools used (Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, etc.)
- Whether you've worked on performance-based deals before
We are optimizing for quality over volume.
If this works, this becomes a long-term partnership.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
