We want the document to follow a similar structure and level of polish to a private jet charter proposal we currently use, but adapted for luxury villas, residences, estates, and private island stays.
The goal is to create a reusable, editable template that we can use for all future client proposals.
What we need designed
Cover / intro page
Clean luxury look with our branding, logo, and client reference section.
Summary page
A page showing:
destination and dates
guest details
quick property overview
table of property options with nightly rate and key facts
This should mirror the clean "quote summary" style from aviation proposals.
Individual property pages
Each property should have its own layout including:
property name and location
hero image and supporting images
short description text area
key specs (bedrooms, capacity, staff, location, amenities)
nightly price or total stay price
optional notes section
This section should visually mirror the aircraft option pages in our reference document, but adapted for homes rather than jets.
Final page
payment methods section
short terms note
contact details
branding footer
Design requirements
• Must look premium and luxury, not corporate
• Clean layout with strong spacing and typography
• Designed for UHNW clients
• Needs to feel more like a brochure than an invoice
• Must be easy for us to edit internally
File requirements
We need:
• fully editable version (Canva preferred, or PowerPoint / InDesign)
• font files or links to fonts used
• image placeholders we can easily replace
• colour palette based on our branding
Nice to have
• ability to design one example proposal using a real property so we can see it in use
• experience designing travel itineraries, luxury brochures, or real estate proposals
