You will work directly with the founders and be fully accountable for the Social Media Strategy and Delivery. We work fast, love quick turnarounds and have a high bias for action. We are self-starters and except this person to be so as well, and not wait for direction to deliver.
Expected Deliverables
1. Strategy
* Define target audience, positioning, and platform strategy.
* Build a documented social media plan aligned to our go-to-market goals.
2. Content System
* Develop content themes and repeatable formats (education, insights, product-led stories).
* Create and publish all required assets (posts, carousels, short-form content).
* Create and maintain a structured monthly content calendar.
3. Platform Management
* Manage day-to-day posting and optimization across selected platforms.
* Ensure consistency in tone, credibility, and quality.
4. User Acquisition Focus
* Design campaigns to drive signups and engagement with the app.
* Build pathways from content to interest to product usage.
5. Measurement & Iteration
* Track performance against defined metrics
* Provide regular insights reports with learnings and next actions.
Our Ideal Candidate
Someone with experience in FinTech / SaaS / Financial Services marketing with a proven ability to translate complex ideas into high-trust content that drives user growth.
