Our 2026 goals require clean CRM data, strong automation, and reliable reporting dashboards. HubSpot must become a decision-making tool, not just a contact database.
WHAT WE NEED
We are hiring a fractional HubSpot expert to:
Clean and structure our CRM
Build sales pipelines
Develop workflow automations
Create nurture campaigns
Build and maintain executive reporting dashboards
This role is both strategic and technical. We want someone who can build and advise.
SCOPE OF WORK
CRM Cleanup + Structure
Contact audit and deduplication
Lifecycle stage mapping
Property standardization
Clean lead source tracking
Proper list segmentation
Goal: Clean data. Clear visibility.
Pipeline Development
Define and build sales stages
Automate stage movement
Standardize deal properties
Track conversion rates and time in stage
Goal: Forecasting we can trust.
Workflow Automations
Build workflows for:
New inquiries
Ebook downloads
Consultation scheduling
Long-cycle nurture (12–24 months typical)
Re-engagement
Internal task triggers
Goal: Reduce manual follow-up. Increase consistency.
Nurture Campaigns
Develop:
Education-based sequences
Objection-handling content
Re-engagement campaigns
Tone: Direct. Calm. Educational. No hype.
Reporting Dashboard Development (Major Priority)
Build and maintain:
Executive Dashboard
SQL volume
Cost per SQL
Conversion rates
Time to close
Revenue forecast
Average deal size
Lead source performance
Referral percentage
Pipeline health
Marketing + Sales Dashboards
Funnel drop-off
Campaign performance
ROI by channel
Win/loss reporting
Provide ongoing dashboard maintenance and data audits.
Goal: Decisions backed by data.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Advanced HubSpot experience (Sales + Marketing Hub)
Strong reporting and dashboard background
Experience with long sales cycles
Systems thinker
Can simplify complex setups
Bonus: Construction or high-ticket service experience
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
