We're a fast-moving outbound agency helping B2B teams book meetings and build brand awareness through thoughtful, high-performing email + LinkedIn campaigns.
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end, translate business goals into outbound strategy, and drive measurable pipeline results.
You'll start part-time managing 1–2 accounts. If you're a strong fit, you'll ramp into additional accounts month over month - with a clear path to full-time.
What You'll Do
- Own client relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, lead weekly check-ins, and keep stakeholders aligned on goals, strategy, and performance.
- Run outbound programs end-to-end (with a full delivery team behind you): Own strategy and execution across cold email + LinkedIn, and collaborate closely with our list builders, deliverability specialists, and copywriters to turn your ideas into live campaigns - then iterate to improve replies and meetings over time.
- Turn ICPs into targeting: Build and refine prospect lists, segmentation, and tiering (Tier A/B/C) to match each client's TAM and priorities.
- Develop messaging that lands: Partner with our copy team (or contribute directly) to craft positioning, sequences, and personalization frameworks that convert.
- Optimize with rigor: Monitor deliverability, engagement, replies, and booking rates—then make data-driven changes to targeting, copy, and volume.
- Communicate clearly: Deliver concise weekly updates, explain what's working/what's not, and propose concrete next steps.
- Coordinate execution: Work closely with admins, copywriters, and infrastructure specialists to ensure smooth delivery and fast iteration.
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
- Clients feel informed, confident, and supported- no chasing for updates.
- Campaigns launch quickly, stabilize, and improve week over week.
- You proactively surface risks (deliverability, list quality, messaging mismatch) and fix them before they become issues.
What We're Looking For
2+ years experience managing outbound / B2B lead generation programs (agency or in-house).
Strong command of cold email, LinkedIn outreach, list building, segmentation, and campaign iteration.
Comfortable reading performance data and turning it into action (not just reporting).
Strong client communication: crisp, proactive, and confident.
Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot/Salesforce, Smartlead/Instantly/Outreach, Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with deliverability best practices (domains, warm-up, inbox placement, suppression/opt-out hygiene).
Strong positioning instincts and copy feedback skills.
