I'm a real estate developer and am looking to print a large GIS map of Santa Monica, California, with layers included. Specifically, I'm looking for a map from the beach to the 405 freeway between Sunset Boulevard and Ocean Park Boulevard. I would like to see all parcels and streets, with layers for zoning and transit stops. . I am looking for someone to assist in constructing the map and converting it to a high-res PDF document that I can have printed approximately 3-4ft wide by 2-3ft tall.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: QGIS, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel, ArcGIS Online, Python, Digital Mapping, Remote Sensing, GIS, Map Illustration, Thematic Map
