Ongoing Monthly Retainer | US EST Hours Required
We are seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to manage and optimize Google Workspace sending environments and monitoring systems (including GlockApps) to maintain high inbox placement and sender reputation.
This is a long-term engagement with structured monthly compensation and performance-based increases.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving email deliverability across multiple domains and sending environments. This includes both technical DNS configuration and ongoing reputation management.
Core Responsibilities
Configure and manage domains inside Google Workspace Admin Console
Create and manage email accounts across multiple domains
Configure and validate:
SPF
DKIM
DMARC
MX records
Custom tracking domains (when applicable)
Monitor inbox placement using GlockApps
Analyze spam placement and block events
Troubleshoot deliverability issues across Gmail and Microsoft
Monitor reputation signals (Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS)
Implement best practices for domain warming and sending stability
Maintain organized documentation of all infrastructure changes
Required Experience
Proven experience managing Google Workspace email infrastructure
Strong understanding of:
SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment
DNS configuration
IP/domain reputation
Inbox placement testing
Experience with GlockApps (or similar placement tools)
Ability to diagnose reputation and spam issues quickly
Strong organizational skills and documentation habits
Comfortable working during US Eastern Time business hours
Bonus:
Experience managing multi-domain sending environments
Experience with cold email or marketing deliverability
Familiarity with Microsoft SNDS & Google Postmaster Tools
Compensation
We are hiring 3 specialists
$400/month retainer (per specialist)
Performance-based increases available

What We're Looking For
We are not looking for beginners.
We want operators who understand how inbox placement works and can proactively maintain infrastructure stability.
If you've successfully managed multi-domain Google Workspace environments and improved inbox placement in the past, we want to speak with you.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Email Deliverability, Email Support, Network Administration, System Administration, Google Apps Script
