We are building an ambitious product focused on delivering deeply personalized user experiences, and we're looking for a Product Messaging & Lifecycle Communication Specialist to help shape how the product speaks to users across every touchpoint.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining UX thinking, behavioral psychology, and clear writing to make complex product experiences feel simple, supportive, and engaging.

What You'll Work On
In-product messaging & microcopy
• Improve clarity and tone across labels, onboarding, feature explanations, and empty states
• Refine prompts, helper text, and system feedback to reduce friction and confusion
• Help ensure the product voice feels consistent, supportive, and intelligent
Lifecycle communication
• Shape messaging for emails, in-app messages, and push notifications
• Improve onboarding flows and activation messaging
• Help design re-engagement and encouragement communication without feeling spammy
Product communication strategy
• Define tone and messaging principles across different user moments
• Help translate complex product behavior into clear, human language
• Identify opportunities where better messaging can improve engagement or retention
Help center & FAQ
• Edit and structure FAQs and support content for clarity and confidence
• Anticipate user questions and proactively reduce support friction

Experience with consumer, learning, AI, or habit-forming products is a plus but not required.
