- Most tasks: building and refining UIs in React + JSON Render
- Some backend work in Python
- Real production features, not throwaway prototypes
*Tech stack*
- Frontend: React (hooks, TypeScript is a plus), JSON Render
- Backend: Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
- Database: PostgreSQL
*How we'll start*
- Paid test: ~20 hours to build one production-ready module
- If it goes well: 200–300 hours of ongoing work
- Goal: transition into a full-time role after ~300 hours
*Budget & expectations*
- Rate: around *$15/hour*
- Being transparent: I can't afford $60–$100/hr agency or senior-consultant rates
- Ideal for someone experienced, practical, and looking for steady, long-term work
*Requirements*
- At least 5 years of experience with full-stack or front-end–heavy projects
- Strong React UI skills (can ship clean, maintainable front-end code)
- Good English and clear communication
- Reliable, consistent, and individual only (no agencies)
