We need someone who can diagnose root causes, implement clean fixes, and improve system reliability in a production environment.
What You'll Be Doing
• Debug and resolve complex issues in a multi-user SaaS environment
• Fix real-time sync and state management bugs
• Improve performance, reliability, and edge-case handling
• Identify architectural weaknesses and propose improvements
• Collaborate directly with the founder to ship fast, stable updates
• Ensure production deployments are clean and error-free
Ideal Experience
• Strong full-stack experience or similar frontend frameworks)
• Experience with real-time or collaborative apps (WebSockets, subscriptions, live sync)
• Backend experience (Node, Supabase/Postgres, APIs)
• Experience debugging race conditions and state sync issues
• Familiarity with SaaS architecture and multi-tenant systems
• Strong Git workflow and deployment understanding (Vercel or similar)
Bonus Points
• Experience building spreadsheet-like interfaces
• Experience with AI integrations or API-heavy apps
• Familiarity with startup environments / fast iteration cycles
