We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong hands-on experience and immediate access to SolidWorks (2023 or newer) to support an equipment design project that is currently awaiting manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be able to review and interpret existing mechanical drawings, update and revise them to incorporate approved design changes, and ensure all modifications meet engineering standards and manufacturability requirements. This role requires the ability to take current 2D and 3D designs, implement precise revisions, and deliver a complete, production-ready drawing package suitable for submission to a manufacturer, including detailed part drawings, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and appropriate tolerances and specifications. Strong attention to detail, experience with design for manufacturability, and the ability to independently manage drawing updates through final release are essential.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: SolidWorks, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, 3D Modeling, Drafting
