Job Description:
Perform translation, localization, and linguistic analysis on provided content.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of Thai content through strong editing and proofreading.
Adapt content to suit target audiences by applying familiarity with cultural nuances.
Maintain high-quality data standards and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Thai, both written and spoken.
Strong command of the English language.
Proven experience in translation, localization, and linguistic analysis.
Strong editing and proofreading skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.
Payment and Invoicing:
Payments released via Upwork from the 15th to the 20th of each month.
Example: Tasks completed from March 1 to March 31, 2026, are paid from April 15 to April 20, 2026.
Terms and Conditions:
Minimum 95% quality standard required for all submitted work.
Rework may be requested if quality standards are not met (unpaid).
Continuous low performance or missed deadlines may lead to contract termination.
Final monthly payment is made only after quality approval.
This is a long-term, remote freelance role with flexible hours and monthly payments.
