Project Overview
We are rebuilding our professional WordPress website and launching an AI-powered Resume Review tool for public safety professionals (police, fire, EMS).
This is a focused MVP launch, not an enterprise SaaS build.
We are seeking a senior WordPress developer who can implement a secure, production-ready OpenAI integration within a lean, efficient architecture — without unnecessary overengineering.
Completion deadline: April 11.

Scope of Work
1. WordPress Infrastructure
• Clean WordPress installation on new hosting
• Elementor Pro setup
• WooCommerce configuration
• Stripe payment integration
• Email integration (MailerLite or ConvertKit)
• SSL configuration
• Performance optimization
• Mobile responsiveness
2. AI Resume Review Tool (Core Feature)
Tier 1 – Free
• User enters name + email
• Secure resume upload (PDF/DOCX)
• OpenAI API processes resume
• Structured feedback displayed
• Branded PDF auto-generated
• Email with PDF sent
• Resume file deleted after processing
Tier 2 – Paid
• Stripe payment required before analysis
• Resume + job description submission
• AI-generated match score + improvement suggestions
• Structured downloadable PDF
• Confirmation email
Tier 3 – Premium
• Same as Tier 2
• Calendly booking embed
Technical Requirements
Must demonstrate experience with:
• OpenAI API or LLM integration in production
• Secure file upload handling in WordPress
• Deleting temporary files after processing
• Dynamic PDF generation
• WooCommerce + Stripe redirect logic
• Handling API rate limits and error scenarios
• Performance optimization

Milestone Payment Structure
Milestone 1 – Infrastructure Setup (25%)
WordPress installed, WooCommerce + Stripe functional.
Milestone 2 – AI Integration Functional (40%)
Resume upload works, AI response generated, PDF auto-generated, payment flow tested.
Milestone 3 – Full Testing + Launch Ready (35%)
Mobile optimization, performance tuning, full end-to-end testing completed by April 11.
Proposal Requirements
Please include:
Links to live projects where you integrated OpenAI or similar AI APIs
Explanation of how you securely handle file uploads and deletion
Your proposed plugin stack
Confirmation of April 11 completion
Budget
Fixed price preferred.
Budget range: $3,000 – $4,000, depending on demonstrated experience with AI integrations and WordPress ecommerce builds.
Generic responses will not be considered.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
