I'm the founder of Sendlio, an advanced Android messaging automation platform designed for WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, and more. The app includes powerful scheduling, autoresponder, and over 30 productivity and automation features, positioning it ahead of many competitors in terms of functionality and technical capability.
Despite having a strong product, I am currently facing challenges with user engagement, retention, and subscription conversions. I am looking for an experienced professional who can deeply analyze the app, identify growth blockers, and help scale it to a competitive market position.
What I need:
- Full product and growth analysis (UX, funnel, positioning, pricing, retention)
- Identify why users are not converting to paid subscriptions
- Competitor and market comparison
- Actionable strategy to increase active users and revenue
- Guidance on improving onboarding, engagement, and monetization
