Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we're using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We're an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We're shaping the future of learning with a team that isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you'll feel right at home here. And it's not just what we build, it's how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren't just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
The Director of Solutions Architecture leads Docebo's global SA team, responsible for driving revenue impact across the full customer journey: from technical pre-sales through to post-sales adoption and expansion. This is a player-coach leadership role: you'll build and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Architects while staying hands-on in strategic deals, enterprise customer discovery, and the processes that help sellers close faster.
You'll create a strong SA culture where team members learn, grow, and deliver measurable contributions to the business. You'll work closely with Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product to ensure the SA team is a consistent accelerant on win rate, time to value, and long-term customer retention.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop the global SA team, owning hiring, performance management, career growth, and team culture across NA and EMEA.
Own the operating model for the SA function: coverage design, deal assignment, escalation paths, and prioritization frameworks that scale.
Lead and support your team on deep discovery sessions with enterprise customers and internal partner teams to understand their key business and technical needs, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solution designs.
Demonstrate concepts visually and in writing, adapting communication style to the audience and scaling consistent approaches within the team.
Design and optimize business processes across disparate systems, helping customers understand how Docebo integrates into their broader technology ecosystem (HRIS, CRM, identity, and content systems) to deliver long-term value.
Drive SA impact on revenue outcomes, including attach rates, ARR contribution, and sales cycle velocity, in close partnership with Sales and Solution Consulting leadership.
Lead process improvement initiatives that reduce friction in the sales cycle, helping sellers and Solution Consultants leverage SAs to move faster from discovery to close.
Serve as the senior escalation point for high-complexity enterprise engagements (pre and post-sales), stepping in personally where deal risk or strategic importance warrants it.
Build and maintain a library of reusable solution blueprints, reference architectures, and integration patterns that reduce time to solution and support consistent deal execution.
Partner with Enablement to develop and maintain SA success programs, ensuring the team is equipped with deep product knowledge, integration patterns, and competitive positioning.
Aggregate patterns from the field and feed them back to Product and leadership to influence roadmap priorities and surface repeatable opportunities.
Own the team's OKRs and operational cadence, including pipeline reviews, deal health tracking, and individual performance accountability.
What you bring:
8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or equivalent technical leadership in B2B SaaS.
3+ years leading and developing SA or pre-sales teams across multiple seniority levels.
Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes through SA teams.
Deep fluency in APIs, integration frameworks, SSO, and security protocols (REST, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0).
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing, adapting communication to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
Strong operational mindset: you know how to build processes and frameworks that help teams move faster without sacrificing quality.
Track record of building high-performance culture through behaviors, data-driven management, and structured development.
Exceptional written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
Experience in complex, multi-year enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
Preferred Requirements:
Background in LMS, HRTech, or EdTech (xAPI, SCORM, AICC a plus).
Experience managing teams across NA and EMEA time zones.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2).
Recognizing and rewarding the outcomes and behaviours that shape the future of learning.
