What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist at Anderson Clinic PT, you will:
* Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes
* Deliver hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based interventions
* Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional mobility training
* Design and educate patients on individualized home exercise programs
* Document patient care accurately and efficiently
* Ensure continuity of care through discharge planning and follow-up recommendations
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Active, unencumbered Virginia Physical Therapy license
* New grads welcome! (Open to pending licensure and candidates sitting for boards within 6 months)
* Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
* Passion for orthopedic and functional rehabilitation
