Border Security Officer

The primary objective of a Border Patrol Agent is to safeguard the nation's borders by detecting and apprehending individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.

• This involves questioning people who may be attempting to cross the border illegally or smuggling contraband into the country.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent observational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen sense of judgment. Additionally, you should have:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision;


• A high school diploma or equivalent; and,


• A valid driver's license.
