Customs Enforcement Specialist

The role involves identifying and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs regulations.

• Apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near the borders.

This position requires a deep understanding of law enforcement procedures, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required for this role.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in detecting suspicious behavior, interviewing techniques, and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. A high level of physical fitness is also necessary due to the demands of the job. The successful applicant will work effectively as part of a team to prevent illegal activities along the border.
