The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the El Segundo, CA, location.This worksite participates in Boeing’s optional 9/80 schedule rotation. 9/80 is a rotation in which employees can work 9 hour shifts, 8 days per pay period (bi-weekly) and receive every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science1+ years of experience developing 3D CAD models and/or drawings1+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedulesExperience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teamsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Associate level: 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMid-level: 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSenior level: 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience using Creo3+ years of applied experience in developing and providing instruction of technical documentation and training material for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)3+ years of experience with Platform Structures or Subsystems design, integration and/or analysis experienceDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
