"The issue is that the "easy registration forms" plugin hasn't been updated in years. It is so far out of date that we are unable to update your php version. That plugin is used for the first page of the location owner registration process. After the first page of the form it switched to ninja forms.
The way the agency put that form together and the php code that controls that process is beyond my ability to fix. That involves php coding that is over my pay grade."
