Our growth targets over the next 6–9 months are to increase the company page to 10,000 followers and the personal profile to 15,000 followers through sustainable, organic methods.
The selected freelancer will be responsible for auditing the existing LinkedIn presence, defining strong content pillars and positioning, creating a monthly content calendar, writing high-quality post copy (including text posts and carousel ideas), suggesting visuals or coordinating with a designer if required, developing an effective hashtag and posting strategy, and implementing an engagement strategy that includes comments, networking, and community interaction. Weekly posting and scheduling along with a monthly performance report will be expected.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in growing LinkedIn personal and company pages organically. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills are essential. Experience working with B2B, finance, wealth management, or founder-led brands is a strong plus. The ideal candidate should take a data-driven approach and clearly understand what works on LinkedIn and why.
