We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable LinkedIn Virtual Assistant to support our outbound lead generation efforts. This is an execution-focused role — we will provide the strategy and messaging. We need someone who can efficiently build targeted lists, safely export data, and manage LinkedIn profile updates.
This is ongoing, ad hoc work with consistent tasks each week.

## **Key Responsibilities**
* Build targeted lead lists using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
* Apply advanced filters to identify ideal prospects
* Export lead lists safely using **PhantomBuster** (or similar automation tools)
* Ensure compliance with LinkedIn best practices to minimize account risk
* Clean, organize, and format exported lead data (CSV files)
* Update and optimize LinkedIn profiles as needed
* Support light LinkedIn account management tasks
* Execute outreach workflows using pre-written messaging (no copywriting required)

## **Required Skills & Experience**
* Proven experience using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
* Hands-on experience with **PhantomBuster** (or similar scraping/automation tools)
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn limits and safe automation practices
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
* Reliable, organized, and responsive

## **Work Structure**
AVAILABLE UK HOURS 7-3PM - THIS IS ADHOC ON DEMAND ROLE BUT WE NEED SOMEONE with some availability duiring those hours
