We're an e-commerce company running multiple Shopify brands and SKUs across several niches. We're hiring 2 full-time video editors to join our team and help level up our editing department.
We're looking for top-tier direct response e-com editors - people who don't just follow instructions, but take ownership, bring high-intent / purposeful energy, and actively push creative quality forward.
Who we're looking for:
• Proven experience editing direct response e-commerce creatives
• Strong instincts for hook/retention, pacing, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing
• Fast, organized, reliable—comfortable with high volume and tight feedback loops
• Pride in craft: you're trying to be the best, not do "good enough"
VERY IMPORTANT: We're not looking for someone who only follows orders and produces subpar content to just collect a paycheck. We're only looking for people striving to be the best. Someone who lives and breathes creatives. Someone who stays up to date with all trends / formats / concepts / AI tools to stay ahead of the game.
