This is a client-facing, revenue-impact role requiring consultative selling, solution positioning, and stakeholder management across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales cycle for ERP consulting and implementation services across EMEA
Identify, qualify, and convert leads for ERP solutions including Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce, and related platforms
Engage CXO, Finance Heads, IT Managers, and Business Owners to understand pain points and map ERP-led solutions
Position ERP offerings aligned to finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, CRM, and compliance processes
Coordinate with delivery and pre-sales teams for solutioning, demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasts, and deal trackers
Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and contract closures
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics
Required Skills & Experience
Proven exposure to ERP sales or ERP consulting environments
Familiarity with at least one or more ERP platforms: Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho, Salesforce
Basic understanding of business processes, especially Finance (AP/AR/GL), Procurement, Sales, and Operations
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to articulate business value and ROI, not just product features
Experience selling services (implementation, support, customization, integrations) is a strong plus
Preferred Profile
UAE-based or GCC-based candidates preferred (local market familiarity is a strong advantage)
Prior experience working with EMEA clients
Exposure to IT services, ERP consulting firms, or SaaS sales
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with leadership teams
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
