À propos
We are seeking a results-driven specialist with real-world experience in designing and implementing employee motivation frameworks mainly for our e-commerce fulfillment operations. The goal is to build a high-performance culture and systems where staff are motivated to hit company sales targets, exceed expectations, and remain with the company long-term.
We need a practical systems architect who can build, implement, and monitor a self-sustaining performance system
Key Responsibilities
1.)Create Effective Incentives & KPIs
-Metric Identification: Identify the core KPIs and metrics that accurately measure and drive peak performance.
-Reward & Accountability Structure: Design a comprehensive system of incentives (bonuses/rewards) and disincentives (penalties/accountability) that ensures punctuality and drives above and beyond behavior.
-Strategic Compensation: Create a pay structure specifically engineered to drive company goals (sales targets) while significantly increasing staff retention.
-Self-Management: Implement clear rules for accountability so the team becomes largely self-managed.
2.) Implementation & Monitoring
Rapid Execution: Deploy the new compensation and system structures efficiently and iterate based on real-world feedback.
Performance Dashboards: Enable easy monitoring of staff performance. You will set up or utilize software dashboards (or robust manual methods) so leadership knows exactly who has hit their KPIs and earned their bonuses.
3.)System & KPI Maintenance
Long-term Support: Beyond the initial build, you will provide 3 months of ongoing support to ensure the systems work effectively in practice. (Additional compensation is available for extended support).
Staff Engagement: Communicate directly with employees to calibrate goals, ensuring KPIs are both challenging and achievable to gain team buy-in.
4.)Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Systemization: Document the entire retention, KPI, and incentive framework into clear SOPs. This will allow the company to seamlessly implement the system for all future hires.
