This is not a basic Canva role — we need someone who truly understands branding, visual identity, and how design drives conversions.
What We Need:
You must be capable of handling a full spectrum of brand and marketing design work, including:
Logo design (modern, scalable, brand-focused)
Full brand identity systems (colors, typography, brand guidelines)
Custom illustrations
Marketing banners (web & social)
Flyers and promotional materials
Social media creatives
Ad creatives (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
Website graphics
Landing page visuals
Presentation decks (when needed)
Required Skills:
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding depth (not just templates)
Ability to design from scratch (not relying on pre-made assets)
Understanding of marketing psychology and conversion-focused design
Clean, modern aesthetic
Strong typography and layout skills
Experience designing for digital ads
Fast turnaround and strong communication
Ability to follow direction while also bringing creative leadership
Bonus (but preferred):
Experience working with service businesses
Experience creating illustration-style assets
Understanding of brand positioning
Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Suite
We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality, consistent work across multiple projects.
