We are looking for a hybrid talent: part designer, part growth strategist, someone who is not only great at creating stunning visuals but also understands how design fuels engagement, virality, and growth on social platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Design engaging content for Instagram & LinkedIn using Figma or Canva.
- Create scroll-stopping infographics, carousels, and visuals that simplify AI and Finance concepts.
- Collaborate on growth experiments, testing what drives higher reach, saves, and shares.
- Stay on top of design and social media trends and apply them to our niche.
- Analyze performance data and iterate quickly to double down on what works.
What We're Looking For:
- Portfolio required: You must have proven examples of infographics/carousels with strong engagement (send stats).
- Experience in social media growth — you understand algorithms, hooks, and how design influences engagement.
- Strong skills in Figma or Canva. Bonus if you know basic video editing or motion graphics.
- Creative thinker who is obsessed with metrics and growth.
- Genuine interest in AI and Finance (our core content).
