While the agency profile itself is new to Upwork, the founder's personal freelancer profile (me) is Expert-Vetted, Top Rated, and has generated over $20k in earnings in the past four months. The agency is already operating successfully outside of Upwork, and we're now bringing that work onto the platform and scaling a team around it.
We are mainly looking for developers experienced with AI voice agents, but we also need people comfortable with general AI automation work. Some projects will be full builds from scratch, while others will involve helping with specific parts of larger systems.
Typical work may include:
– Building or improving AI voice agents for real businesses
– Creating automation workflows and integrations between systems
– Connecting CRMs, booking tools, calendars, and APIs
– Helping debug or improve reliability of existing automations
Our preferred stack is Retell for voice and Make for automation.
We also use ElevenLabs, and occasionally n8n or Vapi depending on the project. Ideally you should be comfortable working across most of these platforms, even if you have stronger experience in some than others.
We're looking for someone dependable, practical, and easy to work with. Client satisfaction matters a lot to us, so reliability and communication are just as important as technical ability.
We'll usually start with a small paid task and move quickly if it's a good fit, with the aim of building a long-term working relationship.
