We're looking for an Order Issue Manager to join our Ecom Fashion Dropshipping Store.
We're a fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the USA,
This is one of the most important positions in our entire backend team.
You'll be responsible for identifying, fixing, and preventing every possible order-related issue that can occur — from wrong sizes to supplier errors.
We're building a long-term team of A-players who want to grow with us — not just for a few weeks, but for the long run.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, quality control, or supply chain management.
Proven experience working for a shopify fashion store doing $100K+ in monthly revenue.
Strong communication skills to coordinate directly with suppliers, Customer Support, and the Supply Chain Manager.
Excellent problem-solving mindset — able to identify the cause of an issue and prevent it from happening again.
Comfortable working with Spreadsheets / Google Sheets to track issues and improvements.
High attention to detail and ownership — you take full responsibility for product and order quality.
Fluent in English for communication with the team and suppliers.
Availability to work in the (insert timezone) timezone.
Your Main Tasks
Solve and prevent all order-related issues, such as:
Incorrect sizing or size charts.`
Color or print mismatches.
Missing or out-of-stock sizes.
Products not matching descriptions or expectations.
Perform quality checks for every product once it reaches a specific sales threshold to ensure long-term consistency.
Work directly with suppliers to fix issues and communicate updates.
Adjust product details (such as size charts, descriptions, or pricing) when issues are detected.
Cooperate daily with the Customer Support team and Supply Chain Manager to ensure fast resolution and prevention of recurring problems.
Negotiate better supplier prices when volume increases — with a bonus system in place for successful price reductions.
Keep detailed records of issues and improvements in spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
