What's already built
- GHL form with custom fields (radio buttons, dropdowns, text fields)
- Workflow triggered on form submission that creates an Opportunity
- Custom fields created on both Contact and Opportunity objects
The issue
- Form submissions come through successfully
- Contact is created with name, email, and phone
- Custom fields (interest selection, business stage, company name) do not populate on Contact or Opportunity
- Opportunity is created, but all custom fields are empty
What needs to be fixed
- Correct form field Unique Key mapping to Contact custom fields
- Correct mapping of Contact and custom fields in the Workflow "Create Opportunity" action
- Verify full flow: form submit → Contact fields populate → Opportunity fields populate
