Hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to manage our invoicing workflows in QuickBooks Online + Stripe, collect monthly receipts/invoices from platforms we use, and keep our Google Sheet financial tracking updated. We operate two companies in two countries you must keep everything strictly separated per entity.
Hourly (Upwork) | Ongoing | ~5–10 hrs/week (varies)
Responsibilities:
-QuickBooks Online: Create/issue invoices, download PDFs, track paid/unpaid, prepare monthly invoice pack for our accountant (per entity).
-Stripe: Create invoices/payment links, export/download invoice + payment docs.
-Invoice/receipt collection: Download monthly invoices from Meta/Facebook billing, Shopify billing, and all SaaS/tools we use (new tools added via Slack/WhatsApp updates).
-Google Sheets: Update monthly metrics/financials for dashboards.
-Organization: Maintain clean Drive folders + naming conventions per entity/month.
Requirements (must-have):
-Proven experience with QuickBooks Online invoicing and Stripe exports/payment links
-Comfortable pulling invoices from Meta/Facebook + Shopify (or similar)
-Strong attention to detail + Google Sheets competence
-Trustworthy with financial data, responsive communicator
To apply

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
