Role Description
This is a part-time/full-time, remote Licensed Insurance Advisor role based in ON. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients by evaluating their insurance needs and offering tailored insurance solutions to address corporate and personal coverage requirements. responsibilities include:
- Conduct sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals
- Utilize relationship building techniques to generate leads and secure new clients
- Implement underwriting guidelines administered by various markets
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Consistently achieve your monthly sales quota and comply with business quality targets
- Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Attend required training courses
- Build a network of COI's and update marketing/sales tactics
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance policies, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Experience in Insurance Brokerage operations and knowledge of the insurance industry and related regulations.
Understanding of Finance principles to provide clients with comprehensive and financially sound insurance solutions.
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Active provincial insurance license required (HLLQP).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
Prior experience working with legal professionals or in a related field is an asset.
