How You'll Make An Impact
Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles.
Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision and care.
Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance.
Keep our clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments, prep materials, and manage lab duties.
Be a friendly face—greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit.
The Teammate We're Looking For
1+ years' experience as a Registered Dental Assistant.
Completion of Ortho Module.
Previous experience in an orthodontic office (preferred).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making skills.
