We're a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand in the professional waxing space. We need a hands-on creative who can think of a hook, make the ad, and iterate weekly based on performance.
This is not a "hook list" role. We need someone who can take an idea from concept to finished video.
If you only do strategy and scripts, this is not a fit.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You ship scroll-stopping creatives every week.
You test angles fast.
You learn from results and improve the next batch.
You can work lean and still make ads that perform.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create hook angles for our products and audiences (pros, students, at-home)
Turn hooks into actual ads, UGC-style, 15 to 45 seconds
Produce the creative yourself using a phone-first workflow (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Edit multiple variations per concept (first 2 seconds, captions, pacing, CTA, framing)
Build a simple testing rhythm and iterate weekly based on winners and losers
Collaborate with our team for product info, raw footage, or light creative support when needed
MEDIA BUYING
Bonus if you can also manage or support Meta and TikTok media buying.
If you cannot, you must still understand ad performance and how to adjust the creative based on results. We already have buying support; the best case is to handle both.
DELIVERABLES (FIRST 2 TO 3 WEEKS)
6 to 12 finished ads (not just scripts), with 2 to 4 variations each
A short list of angles tested, what we learned, and what we make next
A repeatable weekly plan for producing and testing creatives
ONGOING (MONTHLY)
8 to 16 new ads per month minimum, depending on what is working
Weekly iteration on winners
BUDGET
$1,000 per month to start.
If you can truly do creative plus buying, tell us your pricing and what you include.

Any performance context you have (thumb stop, CTR, CPA, ROAS). If you do not have metrics, tell us how you judge creative effectiveness.

NON-NEGOTIABLE
You must be able to create the ads, not just write them.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
