We're seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams across content coordination, client operations, and event management.

This role is critical to ensuring the smooth delivery of our B2B content initiatives and exclusive networking events.
++ Key Responsibilities ++
1. B2B Content & Social Media Coordination (40%)
- Repurpose and reformat existing posts on LinkedIn
- Generate PDF documents from existing content
- Coordinate with graphic designer and video/podcast producer to execute LinkedIn and YouTube content calendar
- Ensure brand consistency across all content outputs
2. Operational & Client Support (40%)
- Support sales manager and marketing manager
- Create and maintain project trackers for all client contracts and event partnerships
- List client deliverables, timelines, and requirements for each engagement
- Organize incoming files, data, and documents from freelancers and clients into structured folders
3. Event Management - ecommert Connect Receptions (20%)
- Organize 2-hour cocktail networking events (ecommert Connect) during major industry conferences in different cities
- Source and secure venues through proposal collection and evaluation
- Manage event logistics: invitations, RSVP tracking, vendor coordination
- Execute email campaigns to secure 12-15 high-quality attendees per event
- Coordinate with sponsors and partners on event requirements
- Manage post-event follow-up and documentation
++ Preferred Qualifications ++
- Experience in B2B marketing, events, or consulting environments
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies and social media workflows
- Experience managing events or cocktail receptions
++ Work Details ++
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule
Time Zone: Remote (EST or CET time zones preferred)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
