We're building an AI-powered mobile app. We already create strong video content. Now we need someone who can turn attention into installs. This is a hands-on role combining content execution + paid growth.
What You'll Do
1) Content & Distribution
- Write captions and optimize hooks
- Schedule content and manage calendar
- Upload edited videos (from our in-house editor) across all socials
- Create simple static posts when needed
2) Community
- Reply to comments and DMs
- Engage with relevant accounts
3) Paid Growth
- Run and optimize TikTok + Meta ads (not just boost them)
- Test creatives and scale what converts
- Track CPI, installs, and performance
4) Reporting
- Deliver weekly metrics
- Identify winning content and iterate fast
Who You Are
- You've run paid social campaigns before
- You understand short-form content and retention
- You're comfortable in Ads Manager + analytics
- You move fast and care about results
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
