We are excited to announce that we have successfully transitioned to Guesty PMS for managing our Airbnb and vacation rental listings. To take our properties to the next level, we are seeking a talented Listing Optimization Specialist to help refine and enhance our listings for increased visibility and performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Optimize property listings to attract more bookings and improve overall quality.
- Utilize AI tools (such as Nano Banana, Comet Perplexity, Claude, etc.) to create compelling and engaging copy that resonates with travelers.
- Collaborate with the team to implement best practices for listing enhancement.
- Manage and organize documents using Google Drive and other relevant platforms.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in optimizing vacation rental listings to drive bookings.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Google Drive and related applications.
- A creative mindset with a passion for travel and hospitality.
