We are a web and mobile development company based in the United States with a strong portfolio serving businesses across multiple industries including restaurants, retail shops, startups, and service-based businesses. We are looking for an experienced B2B sales representative who can take ownership of the entire sales process from generating qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting, to booking appointments and closing deals through one of two approaches: either cold call and set up in-person meetings where my co-founder and I will attend to close the deal, or find leads, cold call, and close deals entirely online through phone or Zoom without in-person meetings. This is a remote position offering a per month base retainer plus 20% commission on every closed deal, with average project sizes ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, and we offer performance bonuses for high volume closers with no cap on earnings. We need someone with at least one year of B2B sales experience who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, has a proven closing rate of 15% or higher on cold outreach, and is not afraid of rejection or high activity prospecting. Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
