Markfolk is a subscription-based marketing strategy service launching this spring. We serve micro-businesses and solopreneurs who need professional marketing strategy but cannot afford traditional agency prices. Clients sign up, get matched with an accountability coach, and receive a custom monthly marketing strategy delivered through a branded client portal. This is a real business with a real launch date. The intellectual work is done. I need a technical partner who can execute the build.
What Is Already Done
I have a fully documented 8-table Airtable schema completed with all field types, linked record relationships, formula fields, 20 named views, and detailed integration notes. Every table is specified. Every relationship is mapped. Every formula is described. Every view is named with its filters and sort logic defined.
This is not a vague idea project. You will not be figuring out what to build. You will be executing a precise specification.
Phase 1: Airtable Database Build
The eight tables are: Clients, Coaches, Plan History, Coach Assignment History, Strategies, Tasks, AI Prompts, and Call Records.
Deliverables include:
All tables built with correct field types
All linked record relationships configured with correct directionality
All formula fields written and tested with sample data
All 20 named views built with specified filters and sort logic
Fields organized into logical sections within each table
Minimum of two complete sample records per table with all relationships populated
5 to 10 minute Loom walkthrough video confirming everything is functioning before approval is granted
Critical note: Several field names in the Call Records table are passed directly to an AI agent via as named variables. These field names must not be changed under any circumstances. This will be clearly marked in the schema document.
Who I Am Looking For
I am looking for a reliable Airtable specialist who can execute a complex relational database build precisely from a detailed schema document. This is Phase 1 of a larger build. Additional work is available for the right person including automation setup, Softr client portal development, and ongoing database maintenance. I am looking for a long-term technical partner, not just a one-time hire.
Application Requirements
To be considered please provide:
Examples of Airtable bases you have built with 5 or more linked tables, either a shared view link or screenshots
Confirmation you will follow the schema document without improvising
Confirmation you have experience building Airtable bases intended for or Zapier integration where field names matter
A brief description of a relational database challenge you solved in Airtable
Proposals that do not address all five items will not be reviewed.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
