These are not generic components. The Revit families are fully parametric (see example attached), including:
- Adjustable width and height
- Reveal adjustment to wall thickness
- Material assignments (frame, glass, hardware)
- 2D symbolic representation (plan/elevation)
- Detail levels (coarse / medium / fine where applicable)
- Schedules and key parameters
Your task is to recreate the same functionality — or an equivalent Archicad-native solution — ensuring the families behave correctly inside Archicad projects.
Deliverables:
For each family:
Archicad object (.gsm)
For each group of families (ex: Thermal Hinge Doors):
Archicad file with sheet showing front views with legend and schedule of windows. (Revit example will be provided)
For the first delivery (test families), you must also provide:
A short screen-recorded video (2–5 minutes) demonstrating:
- Parametric width/height changes
- Key parameter adjustments
- Material changes (Aluminium Powdercoat)
- Plan and elevation behaviour
- Schedule parameter functionality
Payment will be released per group delivered (quantity of windows per group vary from 2 to 15 families).
Price proposed must be per family.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Building Information Modeling, Archicad, Autodesk Revit
