**The Role**
We're looking for a sharp, self-directed developer who uses AI tools as a core part of their workflow. Not someone who is just AI-curious, but someone who genuinely builds faster and better because of it.
You'll work closely with our team to build, style, troubleshoot and deploy custom web components and automations. Things like interactive course filter widgets, REST API integrations, branded UI elements, and n8n workflow automation pipelines.
This is an ongoing, part-time contract role with regular work for the right person.

**What You'll Be Working On**
- Custom WordPress widgets and shortcodes (HTML/CSS/JS) built and styled to our brand guide
- REST API integrations between WordPress, Teachable, and third-party tools
- n8n workflow automation — syncing course data, managing triggers, building multi-step pipelines
- Troubleshooting and improving existing site components
- Implementing UI changes from design specs (we use Canva/Figma mockups)
- Occasional email or landing page builds

**You're a Great Fit If You:**
- Actively use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools in your daily workflow and can demonstrate this
- Are comfortable with HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript, and WordPress (PHP knowledge is a bonus)
- Have hands-on experience building and managing n8n workflows or similar automation tools (Zapier, Make)
- Can take a brand guide and produce pixel-accurate, on-brand UI components
- Are a clear communicator who can work asynchronously and flag issues before they become problems
- Have worked with REST APIs and understand JSON data structures
- Are detail-oriented. You notice when a font weight is wrong or a button colour is off-brand

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Teachable or similar course platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress custom post types and the WP REST API
- Experience with self-hosted n8n instances
- An eye for design — you can tell when something doesn't look right, not just when it doesn't work
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
