This role is for someone who knows how to:
• Hook in the first 2–3 seconds
• Edit for retention
• Make ads feel native (not "salesy")
• Work with the drive link and help on scripts (if needed)
• Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping creatives
If you've edited UGC for TikTok ads, Instagram Reels, or Meta paid campaigns — this is for you.
What You'll Be Editing
• TikTok UGC ads (15–45 sec)
• Instagram Reels
• Meta ad creatives
• Test variations (different hooks, CTAs, angles)
• Product-focused and problem/solution style videos
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience editing UGC and direct-response ads
• Strong understanding of TikTok & Meta ad formats
• Ability to add engaging captions, dynamic cuts & sound effects
• Experience with hook testing and variations
• Fast turnaround (24–72 hours preferred)
• Strong communication & reliability
Preferred Tools
CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (or similar)
Bonus If You:
• Understand ad metrics (CTR, hook rate, retention)
• Can suggest creative improvements
• Have experience in eCommerce or DTC brands
Project Details
• Ongoing work available
• Starting with 3–5 test videos
• Potential for long-term collaboration
