The first phase would just be to update some colours and logos and perhaps a few pictures but no layout changes.
The next phases start to look at layout, functionality, UX, and SEO, I've already suggested to them that we need to purchase and install an Elementor theme moving forward. I think it could even be beneficial to implement the new theme before we start to roll out the changes that are in the phase sections of the brief, as the theme will contribute to the new design and layout of the website.
Once the theme is selected, I will create and supply a design, probably in Illustrator, following that theme that I then apply their brand too, that you can then follow/reference to implement.

We completed a website audit for these guys as well and there are a lot of aspects that were uncovered that need to be corrected, I've attached the audit for reference.
