Job Summary: 

Reporting to the CFO and Director of Accounting, the General Accountant will manage payroll, commissions, and daily financial transactions while supporting audits and accounts receivable.

About The Role: 

  • Collect and verify timesheet and other payroll data.
  • Calculate and process wages, overtime, and commissions.
  • Prepare sales reps commission reports monthly
  • Manage employees' credit card accounts. Collect receipts from employees for the CC transactions.
  • Post the employees credit card transactions as journal vouchers in SAP
  • Post the USA customers wire payments and manage Wayfair account.
  • Check the daily bank transactions and finish monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Close the day-end and send email.
  • Assist AR on the payments posting when accounting clerk is off
  • Assist external auditing.
  • Any other duties as needed.

Let's Talk About You: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Finance and Accounting experience
  • 1-2 years payroll experience
  • Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
  • Knowledge of financial principles and accounting terminology
  • Methodical working style
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize while working independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines
