Reporting and IA Compensation Analyst

Position Overview    
The Business Reporting and Investment Advisor Compensation Analyst role supports the day-to-day analysis, reporting and administration of the Business Strategy and Analysis team. The successful incumbent will play a key role in delivering metrics, insight and ensure accuracy and integrity in processes and Advisor compensation administration.

Duties and Responsibilities    
•    Support and maintain Business Analysis' core monthly databases and reports, including Advisor Performance, Household Metrics and Holdings Summary
•    Support monthly administration related to Advisor Compensation programs and processes, including Staff/Technology Budget, Marketing Budget, Advisor Code management and Householding management
•    Administration of monthly commission adjustment file and commission payout file. 
•    Ad hoc analysis and support to management and advisors as required.
Qualifications    
•    Experience in the Wealth Management industry strongly preferred.
•    Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel 
•    Strong attention to detail (administrative elements and database maintenance)
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong time management skills
•    Strong communication skills
Education    
•    University Degree preferred

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $44,000-$60,500
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual's skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
