Opportunity awaits for a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on order fulfillment and inventory management. A strong emphasis is placed on **Safety**, teamwork, and ensuring the smooth flow of **Logistics**. You will be an essential part of our supply chain, ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all **Safety** protocols and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate **PPE** at all times.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse **Logistics**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of **Safety** procedures and the importance of **PPE**.
- Basic knowledge of **Logistics** and inventory principles is a plus.
