Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process returns and prepare them for restocking or disposal.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting preferred.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
